I do not know my password. Where can I get my password?
If you do not know your password, you can select the
Forgot your password
link from the Sign in page. The system will prompt you to enter your User ID and the answer
to the security question that you provided when you registered. Once the system has validated
your information, you will be able to reset your password.
Company Administrators are authorized to reset passwords for users and other Administrators within your company.
If you are still experiencing problems and you are the only Administrator for your company, please call the
Minnesota Child Support Division at the phone number listed on the
Contact us page.
I have already registered and I am having trouble signing in. Am I doing something wrong?
If you are entering your user ID correctly, you might be entering the wrong password. Passwords are case sensitive.
You must enter all the characters of your password.
I keep getting the "Invalid FEIN Entered" message.
The FEIN and Zip Code combination entered must match what the Minnesota Child Support Division has on their system.
Be sure to enter your employer Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) correctly using only numbers, no spaces or dashes.
If you have entered the FEIN correctly and are still getting the "Invalid FEIN Entered" message, please use the
Update Employer Information
page to submit, mail or fax your company information. We will update the information on our system and you can try again. When information is mailed or faxed, it may take 3 business days to receive a response.
If you are still unable to sign in after 3 business days, please call the Minnesota Child Support Division listed on the
Contact us page.
I keep getting the "Employer already registered" message.
The FEIN you entered matches an employer that has already been registered with Minnesota Child Support Online.
Select Sign in under Registered employers and enter your User ID and password.
