Minnesota's child support program is a partnership between the counties and the state Child
Support Division (CSD). Employers should contact county child support agencies with questions regarding a notice you received
or case-specific questions. If you do not have that contact information, use the
county office lookup
available on the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) Public website.
Child Support Division Help Desk
Contact the Minnesota Child Support Division's Help Desk if you have questions about, or problems
with the Minnesota Child Support Online (MCSO) website or general questions about the child support
program. Help Desk Advisors are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
