In observance of the State Holidays, State offices will be closed on Thursday, December 25, 2025, and Thursday January 1, 2026. On these days payments will not be processed, and direct deposits and checks will not be issued. Payment processing and issuance will resume on the next business day. Direct Deposits will be credited two business days after issuance. Verify with your bank that direct deposits have been credited to your account.

If your child support case needs to be paid in full at the end of 2025 for you to claim your child(ren) as dependents on your tax return, all payments must be received at the Minnesota Child Support Payment Center by December 29, 2025, to be posted to your case by December 31, 2025. There is not an option to make same day payments and we do not accept payments by phone. If you are mailing your payment, make sure to allow for delays due to Holiday mail.
