Overview of information available on this site
Minnesota Child Support Online (MCSO) provides case information current from the time
you sign in.
Under Financial information you can view and print:

a list of direct deposits issued
to your account
-
a list of checks issued to you
-
a list of payments you have made
-
a list of payments credited to your case
- the current monthly charges and account balances for your case
-
information about your arrears
that have been certified for tax intercepts
Under Case information you can view:
- a list of your cases
- the current case function
-
enforcement remedies
for your case
-
the name and phone number of the child support worker assigned to
maintain your child support case
-
a list of actions the child support agency
has taken on your case within the past ninety days
- upcoming appointments the child support agency has scheduled for you
- messages:
- send a new message to your child support worker
- view messages sent from your child support worker
- view messages sent to your child support worker
Under My information you can update your:
- password
- security question
- name
- mailing address
- phone number(s)
- email address

Finding information about your case is easy.
Simply enter your:

Forgot your User ID
The User ID is a unique set of letters and numbers that participants create when
registering with MCSO. Participants use their User ID with their MCSO password to
access their MCSO account.
User ID security is important:
- Do not share your User ID.
- If you have forgotten your User ID, select
Forgot your user ID?
and follow the prompts.
- If you suspect unauthorized use of your MCSO account,
contact the Child Support Division at 651-431-4400
immediately. You should also contact your county child support
worker and report any suspicious activity with your MCSO account.
Forgot your password
The password is a unique set of letters, numbers and special characters that participants
create. Participants use their password with their MCSO User ID to access their MCSO
account.
Password security is important:
- Do not share your password.
- If you have forgotten your password, select
Forgot your password?
and follow the prompts.
- If you have been suspended from MCSO, contact the Child Support Division at 651-431-4400.
- If you suspect unauthorized use of your MCSO account, contact the Child Support
Division at 651-431-4400 immediately. You should
also contact your county child support worker and report any suspicious activity
with your MCSO account.
Using a public access site
If you are viewing the site from a shared computer, such as a public
kiosk or library, please make sure to Sign out from MCSO when you are
done viewing your information. This helps protect your privacy.
