Minnesota's child support program is a partnership between the counties and the state Child
Support Division (CSD). The primary contact for dealing with your own child support case is
your local county Child Support office. If you do not have that contact information, use the
county office lookup
available on the Department of Human Services (DHS) Public website.
You can also send a message to your child support worker by logging on to MCSO
and selecting the 'Case information' tab submenu link 'Messages'.

Contact the Minnesota Child Support Division's Help Desk if you have questions about, or problems
with the Minnesota Child Support Online (MCSO) website or general questions about the child support
program. Help Desk Advisors are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
