State offices will be closed on Monday January 18, 2021, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. During this time payments will not be processed. If you receive child support, direct deposits and checks will not be issued until January 19, 2021. Direct deposits may not be credited to your account until Thursday, January 21, 2021. Verify with your bank that direct deposits have been credited to your account.
If you see a federal tax payment with a six month hold on the Case Payment page, please note that holds on these payments have been extended. These payments will be held longer than six months due to pending adjustments. Normally the six month hold is long enough to ensure that any adjustments are completed prior to the money being released to the obligees. This year, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have been notified adjustments from the payment source are taking longer, which require us to hold payments longer. The hold is meant to prevent the need to have obligees repay these amounts.
