Minnesota Child Support Online
Monday, May 25th is a state and federal holiday. State offices and banks will be closed for the day and direct deposits and checks will not be issued. Checks and direct deposits may not be credited into your account until Wednesday, May 27th. Verify with your bank that direct deposits have been credited to your account.
Participants who have not RE-REGISTERED after February 11, 2014, need to go in as a “New Participant”. You will create a User ID and Password. Please remember these.

If you forget your User ID or Password or are locked out, you can use a self-service process to resolve the issue rather than calling the State office. Just select “Forgot User ID” or “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions.

If you do not remember your PIN, contact your county caseworker first. If you have other problems creating the User ID or Password, contact the Child Support Enforcement Division at 651-431-4400, select menu option 5.
You are now able to update your name, mailing address, phone numbers, and email address on this site instead of calling your county caseworker. After signing in, select the “My information” tab. You will then be on the “Update my profile” page. Your child support officer will be notified of changes you make. NOTE: you cannot change your name if it has already been verified by social security.
